ChartSwap is a secure medical records retrieval and exchange software. Anyone requesting records (law firms, insurance companies, courts, medical examiners, etc.) will go to the ChartSwap website. They will search for the name of the EMS provider and then upload/submit their request to the ChartSwap portal. ChartSwap will then forward the request to us immediately for processing. Once we have determined that all authorization requirements are met on the request, we will pull the records and upload them to ChartSwap. ChartSwap will then deliver the records directly to the requestor.
